Description

Mauricio and his wife Paula will accommodate you in the family property and will make you discover and share the life of the Chilean rural world. An excellent opportunity of knowing the local gastronomy: jams and breads house, fresh fruit juice, grills, seafood, fish, desserts, with regional products, in the pure local tradition.
You can lodge in independent country cottages for 4 to 6 people, with sight on the coast or in double room in the traditional house.
You will be able to release yourselves around the swimming pool, by drinking for example the known Chilean aperitif, Pisco Sour.
Mauricio and his father were assiduous rodeo riders. Mauricio now has a dozen horses, some mules and an ass. They all are criollos horses, the majority very docile and others sharper, for the confirmed riders.
The hacienda is at 10 minutes riding of the beach, a very long extent of black sand with zones with dunes. You will be able to go for very pretty walks in the surrounding wooded hills.

Appetizer by the sea : After passing the dunes and crossing a river, we stop at the beach to enjoy an appetizer - while watching the waves of the Pacific Ocean - as preparation for a nice family lunch back at Hacienda Ecuestre.

Peasant breakfast : After a fresh-made juice, we start riding towards the mountains. In an idyllic place we prepare a great breakfast consisting of bread, marmalade and cheese.

The cascade of Baul: You will discover a charming cascade and natural swimming pools to refresh yourself.

Towards Chanco: You leave for a long riding day to discover Chanco a pitoresque traditional village, by traversing beaches, dunes, and forests.

Other activities :

• Visit of National Natural reserves Federico Albert and Los Ruiles
• Visit of the  strawberries  fields
• River fishing
• Trekking…

Rates

Prices: $55.000 per person and per day (approximately 75 euros with the foreign exchange rate of the 15th november 2009)
The children of less than 3 years do not pay.
A deposit of 50% will be to asked in order to confirm your reservation.

The price includes:

• Full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch, dinner, wine, juice, appetizers) 
  Unlimited use of the installations.
  Participations in the mentioned activities (horseback riding-tours, fishing, trekking…)
  A bilingual guide during the activities.

 
The price do not include: 

• Travel insurance
